Tom Klein is the former Executive Director of Strategy of Chanel. He is also the co-author of Enterprise Marketing Management: The New Science of Marketing (Wiley: 2003). He is an authority on social media, brand experience, ecommerce, and digital marketing. He has managed or consulted to some of the world’s best known brands, including Office Depot, Tory Burch, Yahoo!, Chanel, Heineken, Intuit, Ocean Spray, Merrill Lynch, Medtronic, HGTV, and Thomson Reuters. Tom has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School, a Master's in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree in business from Emory University.

Bob Klein has spent his career working with Fortune 500 firms like DHL, Caterpillar Overseas and Siemens to implement new technologies. He led Siemens' implementation of eCommerce on IBM's Websphere Commerce Suite. He also drove data standardization and governance for the company's SAP implementation. Bob has also worked closely with R&D and product management in his Product Lifecycle Management role at Siemens. He has degrees from the George Washington University and the University of Florida.

Vishi Gondi leads web application development and analytics efforts at Digital Scientists. His experience in opensource platforms, including Ruby on Rails and J2EE helped create successful applications. With a background in usability, Vishi's focus has been around collecting quality analytics data to create actionable recommendations. His industry experience is backed by a Master's degree with Honors from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology.

Greg Greiner is the Director of Project Management. He has spent more than fifteen years managing and implementing technical solutions across multiple industries. His consulting experience includes managing design, development, and implementation projects for large companies including ING Direct and Johnson & Johnson. He believes in an agile, practical approach to project management focused on clearing obstacles to pave the way for successful delivery. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from La Salle University, Greg is able to bridge the gap between business and technical disciplines, keeping project teams on the same page.

Fadi Eliya has spent his career working in web development and has a particular passion for the functionality of Ruby on Rails. He has converted multiple websites from PHP and .NET to Ruby on Rails to greatly reduce site development time while greatly improving features. In addition to his web development work, Fadi has instituted and analyzed social media metrics to improve user experience and visitor trending. At Digital Scientists, Fadi is the lead developer for Rately.com and single-handedly took the concept of an eCommerce social media tool and made it a reality. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University.

J.R. Gunderson is a graduate of the Georgia Tech Industrial Design program, where he studied user interaction and product design process. J.R. is passionate about improving the functional design and experience of online and consumer products. His professional experience includes web design at The Rocket Science Group and MailChimp, licensed product work at Coca-Cola, and interface design at Electrolux, Inc.
